Here you can enjoy peace and tranquility away from the bustle of city life, but still be within easy reach of Bristol, Bath and many local attractions. Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells with its historic cathedral and Somerset’s coastal resorts are all within easy reach – the popular beach at Weston Super Mare is just 7 miles away.
From right outside the hotel door you can wander through the woods and open countryside to discover an abundance of wildlife, flora and fauna as well as far reaching views. Alternatively you could explore the many footpaths which criss- cross the land and lead you directly onto the glorious Mendips.
Weddings – A unique feature of Lyncombe Lodge is that with just 14 en-suite bedrooms, it is small enough for you to be able to take over the entire hotel for your exclusive use, but large enough to accommodate 80 guests for your wedding breakfast and up to 120 guests for the evening reception.
